Chef Supa-Posh Josh shows you how to pan fry a delicious meal, quick and easy!

For this recipe you will need:

Fresh fillets of Pacific Cod, Sole or Snapper, not too thick of a cut
Bread Crumbs
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Black Market Habanero Hot Sauce
2 eggs
a little milk
Butter and oil for frying
Fresh baby greens
Lemon wedges

First, make the breading by mixing dried bread crumbs with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. Next, coat the fish fillets with Black Market Habanero Hot Sauce. Toss a little flour on the fish to cover lightly. Whip your eggs with a splash of milk, and dip the floured fillets in the egg wash before transferring them to the Parmesan breading. Start a pan on medium high heat with a light coating of oil in it. Make sure your pan is fully pre-heated, and then add a pat of butter. Hear the sizzle; add your fillets. Once you have a nice brown crust on the bottom of the fish, about 4 minutes, flip the fish and cook the second side for about the same amount of time, until browned. Remove from heat and nestle in a bed of baby greens. Add a dose of Black Market Habanero Hot Sauce to the top and garnish with lemon. Delicious! Dinner is served!
