This quick, spicy scramble is the perfect way to start a lazy weekend or a busy work day. First, gather your ingredients: cooked popcorn shrimp, fresh eggs, sliced jalapenos, red pepper flakes, and a shredded cheese blend – pepperjack and cheddar work well.
Then choose one of our original Black Market Hot Sauces and turn up the heat! Saute the shrimp, jalapenos, and pepper flakes with a generous swirl of hot sauce for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat while you whip some eggs to a frothy texture. Return to medium low heat as you add the whipped eggs, stirring often for a good scramble. As the eggs firm up, add the cheese and allow it to melt.
