Local Chef Jake is full of great tips and will have you sitting down to a healthy, delicious breakfast in 10 minutes! Gather the ingredients below and cook along for the best eggs ever. This simple recipe just might become your morning standby.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2-3 large Italian Sweet Basil leaves
butter
salt and pepper
Black Market Habanero Hot Sauce

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, no shells! Scramble them up. Don’t overbeat. Add a little milk, makes them nice and fluffy. Chop a bit of fresh basil into little tiny strips, just enough for a hint of basil. Has to be fresh. Turn your pan onto medium, then add a little butter to the pan. Add the eggs, turn the heat up to medium high or so. Stir them as they start to set up into scrambled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the eggs are scrambled, stir in the chopped basil.
